We’re looking for passionate English teachers who thrive in a flexible, interactive environment. You’ll help students build confidence in their communication skills by delivering engaging lessons tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to non-native speakers using effective communication and engaging methods.
- Develop and deliver innovative and engaging lessons, tailored to students’ levels and needs ,ensuring student participation and understanding.
- Incorporate technology and digital tools to enhance the online learning experience.

Mandatory Requirements
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or any equivalent certification in English language teaching.
- Fluent in spoken and written English with clear pronunciation and strong communication skills.
- Strong classroom management skills to keep students engaged in an online setting.
- A reliable internet connection, high-quality camera, and clear microphone for smooth virtual lessons.

Payment Structure
We offer a tiered payment system based on cumulative hours taught since joining our program. Additionally, teachers must maintain a 4.5-star rating out of 5 to qualify for higher rates.
- $8/40-Minute class for the first 30 teaching hours
- $10/40-Minute class after completing 30 teaching hours, up to 150 teaching hours
- $12/40-Minute class once you exceed 150 total teaching hours
